Well... the whole point of the Starting Port is to have and mantain the best place to work ever. Where people feel better than at home. Better than that - where the feeling when you wake up every morning is: I have to get to work now... Awesome!
Glad you ask...
First things 1st: salaries will be above average - really. We want our people to be concentrating on how to do a great job. And you can't focus on that if you are worried about paying your bills.

2nd: We also think about your future. As you will become part of our Port Family, you will become part of professionally managed pension fund. Just a 'little' extra so you don't need to worry about the future either. We need and want you in the moment.
Which is also why every worker is entitled to equity. Yes, that means we will share our company and our profits with you. When we say you are in, we mean it.

3rd: What if something happens to me? We got you covered with health and life insurance - for you, your wife/husband and your kids of course.

4th: Speaking of kids - expecting? Stay home for a year. Whether you are the mum or the dad we will make sure you still get 100% of your salary for those so important first steps you want to record and save for life. We are going to demand pictures though...

5th: We are sure you will give it your best shot for the whole year. You deserve a break then: there will be an extra for your holidays. Proper white sand, crystal blue water, pacific ocean kind of thing. We'll cover that.

6th: we want to go on holidays too, together. That's why every year there will be an amazing Port retreat so we can all mingle without thinking about work. We have a sense these will be legendary...

7th: It's not just fun and games... Well, it is but we also have to give back. So, every now and then we will have mandatory Volunteering activities. Sometimes we just need to be reminded that some people aren't as lucky.

8th: Pick a country. Once a year, you're going to work from there for a week. We know our daily scenery is great but new sights always bring new ideas.

9th: Our Business SupPort team is there for our Startups but also for our workers. They can help you deal with your debts , accounting and even legal services.

10th: I have an idea... Good! You're in the perfect place. If you have a project on your mind that you would like to take further, just start using our facilities and you'll be a worker and an entrepreneur. We're happy to help and see you thrive.
